Blouse: Who What Wear (Target) • Shorts: Zara (Similar) • Sandals: Vince Camuto • Handbag: Etsy
I’ve been really into ruffles ever since Spring started and it looks like they are here to stay for awhile. That makes me so happy! Ruffles are just so feminine and flattering, which makes them one of my favorite trends this year.
The ruffle blouse that I am wearing in the pictures above is from Who What Wear. Their Fall collection looks fabulous and is available at Target for super reasonable pricing. There are two colors available: the one you see me wearing and white. When I tried it on at first, it felt a little bulky to be honest, but that feeling changed as soon as I paired it with the right bottoms.
As you can see, my favorite option was the white, high waisted shorts. They are the same ones you guys saw in my previous post and probably the piece of clothing that I wore the most this summer as it goes with everything!
When I buy new clothes, I always try to make sure that I will be wearing them a lot, mixing and matching with other pieces. With that being said, this pair of shorts is surely one of them. I am aware this is not always the case of course, since statement pieces are a must that represents your style.
I also paired this ruffle blouse with distressed vintage cut jeans folded up a little to show off the details on the shoes and it looked just as adorable.
Speaking of shoes, the red ones I am wearing in the pictures above are my new favorite. The pop of color brings so much life to the outfit. They’re one of the statement pieces I was mentioning before. The sandals are from Vince Camuto and I got them from Macy’s. However, you can find them on other websites online too.
I wore this outfit on a date night with Mike in Montreal. To complete the romantic look I was looking for, I added the cutest handmade round purse I got from Etsy. I was a little skeptical to get it because in my mind it looks very summerish, but I am so glad I went ahead and purchased it anyway. It seems like I will be wearing it a lot in the Fall as well.
I will be writing a post telling you all about Montreal. I didn’t stay there for long, but I got to see enough to give you guys some great tips, including the restaurants you should NOT go to lol. Mike will agree with me.
That’s it for now my lovelies. I hope you enjoyed the tips above.
